TPL Corp Limited (the Company) was incorporated in Pakistan as a private limited company on 04 December 2008 under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 [now Companies Act, 2017 (the Act)]. Subsequently in 2009, the Company had changed its status from private comapny to public company and was listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited effective from 16 July 2012. The principal activity of the Company is to make investments in group and other companies.
