Tasdeeq Information Services Limited (the Company) formerly named as 'Aequitas Information Service Limited' was incorporated in Pakistan on March 25, 2016 as a public limited company under the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (repealed by the Companies Act, 2017). The main objectives of the Company are to carry out the business of a Credit Information Company for collecting credit information as permissible by law relating to debtors of banks, financial institutions, non-banking financial institutions, non-financial companies and other lenders or authorities including retailers, insurance companies, utility providers and also to collect and maintain any credit information, with respect to individuals, partnerships, corporations, institutions, trusts, estates, cooperatives, associations, Government or Governmental subdivisions or agencies or any other entity.
