Pak Leather Crafts Limited (the Company) is a public limited company incorporated in Pakistan under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 and is quoted on Pakistan Stock Exchange. Historically, the principal activity of Company was leather tanning and the export of leather and leather garments from its own production facilities. During the year ended June 30, 2025, the Company disposed of its plant and machinery and had significantly scaled down its in-house production operations. The Company will continue to carry out its business primarily through toll manufacturintg and job-work arrangements. Additionally, the Company earns rental income from the vacant factory.
