The Company is a subsidiary of Bosicorco International Limited, Mauritius (the Parent Company). The Holding Company in turn is a subsidiary of Abasscico Busient Incorporated, Cayman Islands. The Company currently operates two business segments namely Oil Refinery Business and Petroleum Marketing Business. Petroleum Marketing Business was formally launched in 2007.
