B.R.R Guardian Limited
The BRR Guardian Limited was incorporated in Pakistan on December 16, 2021 as a public unlisted company under the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now the Companies Act, 2017). Subsequently, the Company was listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on August 4, 2023 and is now a publicly listed company. The principal line of business of the Company is the marketing and development of all types of real estate, including developed and undeveloped land, housing and commercial projects, commercial markets, multi-storey buildings (for commercial and residential purposes), shopping centres, restaurants, hotels, recreational facilities, and other related projects, subject to obtaining the necessary approvals from the relevant authorities and complying with applicable laws and regulations. It is to be noted that during the prior year, the Company acquired Modaraba business. However, the businesses of Ijarah Leasing and Diminishing Musharakah have been discontinued following the amalgamation, and the existing contracts are being maintained solely for recovery purposes.
